Data Deletion Instructions

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

At ClipMixAI, we respect your right to control your personal data. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of all personal data we hold about you.

2. What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, the following information is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account information (name, email address, profile data)
• All uploaded files (photos, audio, videos) and AI-generated content
• Usage history, preferences, and any associated metadata

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data using any of the following methods:

1. In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will immediately schedule your account and all associated data for permanent deletion.
2. Email: Send a deletion request to clipmixai@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include 'Data Deletion Request' in the subject line.
3. Facebook/Instagram: If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram account for publishing, you can remove ClipMixAI from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → ClipMixAI → Remove. We will automatically process the deletion request.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged.

5. Data We May Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) or for legitimate business interests (e.g., fraud prevention). Any retained data will be minimized and securely stored.
