By using ClipMixAI, you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ClipMixAI is an AI-powered music video creation platform. You upload audio files and photos, and the AI creates animated video synced with the music.

3. User Account

• You must provide a valid email to register
• You are responsible for maintaining your password
• New accounts start with 0 credits
• You can delete your account at any time

4. Credits & Payments

• Videos up to 15 seconds: Free. 1 credit = 1 GPU second. $1 = 100 credits. Animated: Basic 180, Pro 250 credits/min. Slideshow: Basic 60, Pro 80 credits/min
• Credits are non-refundable after successful video creation
• In case of creation failure, the credit is automatically refunded
• Prices may change — you will be notified in advance
• Payments are processed through Stripe

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of the files you upload
• You warrant that you have the right to use the audio and photos you upload
• We are not responsible for copyright violations from user content
• Using the service for illegal, offensive, or harmful content is prohibited

6. AI-generated Content

The videos created contain AI-generated images and animations. These are based on the song lyrics and your photos. We do not guarantee specific results, as the AI produces unique content each time.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• We are not responsible for data loss
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the Dashboard.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
