Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ClipMixAI, you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ClipMixAI is an AI-powered music video and song creation platform. Our services include: AI video generation (Animated, Character with face consistency — Solo or Group, and Slideshow modes), one-click Fast Mode video creation, AI song composition (lyrics, vocals, instrumentals) with a My Songs library, audio trimming, screenplay/visual script creation, AI voiceover and ad spot creation, and social media publishing (TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram). You upload audio files and photos, and the AI creates video content synced with the music.

3. User Account

  • You must provide a valid email to register
  • You are responsible for maintaining your password
  • New accounts start with 0 credits
  • You can delete your account at any time

4. Credits & Payments

  • 1 credit = 1 GPU second. $1 = 100 credits. Animated: 240 cr/min. Slideshow: 80 cr/min. Character Solo: 41 cr/scene (Fast) or 82 cr/scene (Quality). Character Group: 47 cr/scene (fixed, always Premium). AI Song Generation: 30 cr/song. Animation quality multipliers and image quality surcharges apply.
  • Credits are non-refundable after successful video creation
  • In case of creation failure, the credit is automatically refunded
  • Prices may change — you will be notified in advance
  • Payments are processed through Stripe

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the files you upload
  • You warrant that you have the right to use the audio and photos you upload
  • We are not responsible for copyright violations from user content
  • Using the service for illegal, offensive, or harmful content is prohibited
  • By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the Dashboard
  • By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram account for publishing, you agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards. You can disconnect at any time from the Dashboard or by removing ClipMixAI from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  • By connecting your Pinterest account for publishing, you agree to comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect at any time from the Dashboard

6. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClipMixAI to create, upload, or distribute any of the following:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Deepfakes, non-consensual impersonation, or misleading depictions of real persons
  • Content that promotes illegal activities, terrorism, or fraud
  • Child exploitation or endangerment material of any kind
  • Spam, malware distribution, or attempts to circumvent platform safety systems
  • Uploading photos of minors (children) as face references in Character mode. Our system uses automated age estimation to detect and block such uploads

We use automated AI-based content moderation to detect and block prohibited content. Flagged content may be rejected before or during video generation. No refund is owed for content blocked by our safety systems.

Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

7. AI-generated Content

The videos created contain AI-generated images, animations, and optionally AI-composed songs with vocals. These are based on the song lyrics, your photos, and your creative inputs. We do not guarantee specific results, as the AI produces unique content each time. AI-generated songs are created using third-party AI music services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is"
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
  • We are not responsible for data loss
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the Dashboard.

10. Analytics & Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 (with Google Signals) and session-based behavioral tracking to understand how visitors use our platform. Analytics data is only collected with your explicit consent via our cookie banner. Demographic data (age, gender, interests) is collected in aggregated form through Google Signals. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time. Support chat conversations are logged and may be reviewed to improve service quality. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
