Video translation is billed per minute of the segment you translate. Economy runs about 168 credits/min (~$1.68) and Premium about 414 credits/min (~$4.14), before any volume bonus. Trimming to just the part you need lowers the cost — the wizard shows a live total before you confirm.

You no longer pick a quality tier — you describe the result you want and we choose the engine. Three things move a job to the pricier engine: a target language outside the eleven cheap ones (EN, ES, FR, DE, IT, PL, RU, NL, ZH, JA, KO), asking for a catalogue voice instead of keeping the original speaker's cloned voice, or a long video with lip-sync switched on. The cheapest translation is therefore one of those eleven languages, in the speaker's own voice, with lip-sync off. The wizard shows the total before you confirm.

Credits are refunded automatically. We auto-fail and refund if: face-swap quality drops below acceptable on more than half the scenes, the job stops making progress for 45 minutes, the server restarts mid-job, or any unrecoverable error happens. You'll see the failed job in your history with a refund note, and you can hit Try Again to retry without re-building the wizard.

Yes, you can use your generated videos for personal and commercial purposes — YouTube, social media, music promotion, etc. Make sure you have rights to any uploaded audio.

1 credit = $0.01. A 30-second animated video costs about 600 credits (~$6) on Low and about 1,100 credits (~$11) on Premium. A 30-second slideshow built from your own photos costs 40 credits (~$0.40). See the credit breakdown table on the pricing page for exact rates.

A pack is a one-time payment: you buy credits, spend them whenever, nothing recurs. A plan is a subscription that drops credits into the same balance every week and bundles a set number of quick edits, FaceCast videos, AI songs and economy translation minutes. You can hold both at once — a plan never replaces packs.

Yes, any time, from the subscription section in Settings — it opens your billing portal where you can switch plan, update your card or cancel. There is no fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Yearly plans cost ten months' worth, so two months are free.

Weekly credits land in your normal balance and never expire, so an unused week just stacks. The included quick edits refresh every week and do not roll over; FaceCast, songs and translation minutes are counted on a monthly pool that grows week by week within the month. Prices include VAT.
